About Kimberley

When a loved one is missing or a death leaves unanswered questions, the absence of clarity can be as painful as the loss itself. Because unanswered loss is still loss, I approach every case with care, discipline, and respect for the people living with that uncertainty.

I am an Illinois-licensed private detective with advanced training in research, criminal justice, and investigative analysis. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, with academic preparation in Criminal Law and Procedure, Criminology, Homeland Security, Intelligence Gathering, Juvenile Crime, Research Methods and Statistics, and Violent Crime.

Since 2018, I have been an active member of Crowdsourcing Justice™, analyzing complex cases requiring more attention, like the Lauren Agee and Jonathan Crews cases.

In 2021, I led a multidisciplinary initiative focused on targeted violence and terrorism prevention with an emphasis on media literacy and misinformation mitigation. This led to the creation of How2INFORM (H2I), a nationally recognized program awarded over $160,000 in sustainment funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and partner organizations. H2I continues to deliver curriculum and training for K–12 educators nationwide.

Since 2022, I have served as Crime Analyst with the Will County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division where our team prioritizes cold and unresolved cases. In this role, I conduct independent analytical reviews—carefully examining records, evidence, and timelines to identify findings that may support renewed or future investigative efforts.

I bring this same methodical, unbiased approach to private investigations—focused on evidence integrity, clear documentation, and analytical neutrality.

I work independently, ethically, and in full compliance with Illinois law, with the goal of helping families gain clarity, understanding, and a stronger foundation for next steps.
